This collaboration is another step toward diversifying our future talent pool while reducing reliance on traditional recruitment channels like Seek.

Our early success with the traineeship program has shown us the importance of engaging with schools, particularly those close to our depots, to establish Northline as an attractive future employer. Proximity to home is often a key factor in job choice, and by targeting local students and school leavers, we aim to attract candidates who live nearby—enhancing retention and fostering stronger connections within our communities.

Since 2009, they have successfully connected over 1.5 million students with promising career paths. Through this partnership, Northline gains a powerful presence on the Explore Careers platform, providing us with a range of tools to showcase our opportunities, including profile features, podcast interviews, webinars, e-marketing campaigns, and tailored job promotions.
