    CEO Craige Whitton shares business update

    2024 has been another busy year for Northline and I would personally like to thank all of our customers and dedicated employees for their unwavering support throughout the year.

    The last 12 months saw the business evolve to new heights in technology, property and network perspectives.

    Property

    Since March, we have seen both our Sydney and Brisbane operations relocate as well as our National Service Centre expand, providing greater efficiency and amenities to better service our customers.

    Technology

    This year, we have had a push on technology advancements to provide innovation and enhance productivity within the business, and to our customers. In this respect, we have now implemented LogixBoard customer portal to provide our International Freight Management customers end-to-end visibility, and Freightfy which has automated and innovated the procurement and quotations process. 

    CXone has been implemented within our Call Centre, the system is a highly reliable telephony system with clearer audio and advanced features to ensure Northline always provide the best experience to our customers.

    There have been significant improvements to our operations implementing a new scanning system at pick-up. This will provide customers with immediate visibility for their orders and ensure that reconciliation of what is booked aligns with what is loaded onto our vehicles.

    Network

    From a network perspective, we have expanded our network by over 560 partners, located across over 130 countries, strengthening our ability to service our customers’ supply chain requirements from anywhere around the globe, whatever they may be.
