    The start of Northline’s Service Centre

    While Northline has been servicing Australia and the world since 1983, it wasn’t until 1997 that the business opened a dedicated Service Centre in Hackney, Adelaide, comprising of core business functions such as finance, sales and account management, administration, IT and HR.

    By 2004, these departments had expanded in such a way that it prompted Northline’s first office move to a property on Greenhill Road, Unley. During their time at this location, Northline established an in-house Customer Service team to further enhance the service provided to customers.

    In 2012, Northline relocated its headquarters to a new, larger premises on The Parade, Norwood. Signing an initial five-year lease, Northline undertook a major refit of the first-floor office.

    Over ten years later, as Northline turned 40, they entered a new era and announced that they would be moving their headquarters from Norwood to Kent Town, into a $16 million purpose-built office. The new building will comprise of four storeys of office space, including a rooftop entertaining deck. Northline’s new space will accommodate growth across all business divisions that support each of Northline’s services and will house their dedicated Australian customer service centre.
