Read moreIn September, Northline held its annual employee awards ceremony. For the first time in two years, we were able to hold the evening in person, bringing together the quarterly winners from 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Townsville-based Ryan Saunders took home the title of 2021/2022 Employee of the Year and a $5,000 travel voucher. Ryan also received a Value award for Integrity.
Ryan joined Northline as a Storeperson in 2018 and in 2021 he was appointed the position of Team Leader.
At the start of the year, Ryan was given the task of implementing two new warehouse customers. Ryan spent countless hours transforming the Townsville warehouse to increase Northline’s service levels and efficiency.
Ryan was able to process over 180 pallets into the warehouse and integrated the new customers stock into the depot, while still providing excellent customer service. Ryan has demonstrated amazing determination and passion and has been an asset to Northline.
Other Value award winners included Brady Goggins (Norwood) for Connected, Jamie Nielsen (Mackay) for Customer Delight, Rachael Borg (Melbourne) for Innovation and Jacob Gamble (Melbourne) received the Safety award for the second year in a row.
We would also like to extend our congratulations to Martin Filmer for being awarded the Chairman’s Award, to Northline’s Melbourne depot for receiving Branch of the Year and to last years Graduates, Joseph Capozza and Darryl Meller for officially finishing the program and securing permanent positions with Northline!
Well done to all the 2021/2022 nominees!
