Introducing Vanessa Godden, Northline’s New Head of HR

Northline is delighted to announce that experienced and respected HR professional, Vanessa Godden, has joined the business as its inaugural Head of Human Resources.

The newly created role follows a business restructure designed to better attract, retain and build the skills of a diverse, industry-leading workforce.

As a qualified organisational psychologist, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Northline. Vanessa has worked across a range of sectors including professional services, financial services, fast moving consumer goods and more recently, local government.

“I’m really looking forward to getting to know the team and business at Northline, learning about a new sector and supporting and contributing to an environment that creates great experiences for our people and in turn, our customers” said Vanessa.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family (husband John and her six children/step-children), music and indulging in her love of Disney.
